If you are unsure on anything then please feel free to ask. Although Pegasus Ultra Running is new, we’ve been working on and taking part in challenges around the world for the last decade and we’d like to think we know a thing or two when it comes to running, walking, crawling and even shuffling.
We’ve made our fair share of mistakes and happy to say we’ve learnt from them at the same time, so if you are just starting off with your ultra running journey or have been around the trail a few times then we’d love to hear from you, share some stories and learn from your experiences.
If we were to give you one bit of advice, then it would be this…
Live in the experience!
Remember it was your choice to begin ultra running (unless you have a very pushy family), and sometimes people forget they are in the midst of doing something very special. Live in the moment, speak to your fellow runners, take a minute to breathe in the views and create memories that will last a life time.
